Dear Delegate,

On your arrival at the Brisbane Domestic/International airport you will be greeted by a DCF Australia Graduate, recognisable by a red polo shirt.

The graduate will escort you to baggage collection, and through to your complimentary private vehicle transfer, which will take you to your accommodation.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will need to check in.

The conference satchel with associated papers will be provided in your room. You do not need to pre-register for the conference. Your lanyard will be provided with your satchel.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU WEAR THIS DURING THE SYMPOSIUM FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES.

Should you arrive prior to the 14th May, you have time to explore the city, if you so wish, at your own leisure and expense.

On the morning of, Monday 14th,

At 6.45am, you will receive a wakeup call.  This shall provide you enough time to prepare for the day and enjoy some breakfast. For those staying at the Sofitel, breakfast is included at the hotel during your stay.

At 8.10am sharp, a complimentary coach transfer will be departing the Sofitel Hotel, for the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. If you miss the bus, you will need to find your way to the venue by either walking or taxi.

The symposium programme at the Convention Centre concludes at 6.00pm. Immediately following this, delegates will take a short (10 minute) walk to the exclusive dinner venue, Southbank Surf Club.

Dinner will conclude at 10.15pm, whereby coach transfers will return you to the Sofitel. A Shuttle bus will be on standby from 9.00pm for those wishing to return a little earlier.

On Tuesday 15th, the day will commence with a wake-up call as per Monday.

The coach transfers from the Sofitel Hotel to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre will depart at 8.10am sharp.

The symposium programme at the Convention Centre concludes at 5.00pm with closing cocktails. The coach will transfer you back to the Sofitel at 6.00pm.

Departure
A complimentary private vehicle transfer has been arranged to transfer you to the Brisbane Airport. The vehicle will be collecting you from your accommodation prior to your departure time. The time will be confirmed with you, upon your arrival into Brisbane.
