Social Programme

The Social Programme is included in your registration fee. Accompanying persons must take an Accompaning Persons Package to attend the Welcome Reception & Gala dinner events only. Cost = Euro 190

The Welcome Reception - Monday 11th June

17.00 - 19.00 - 7th Floor bar UNESCO 

Catch up with old colleagues and friends and meet new ones whilst you Register and enjoy drinks and canapes at UNESCO in the bar area of the 7th floor with panoramic views over Paris.

Gala Dinner - Wednesday 13th June

19.00 - 22.00

The Gala dinner will be held at Le Pavillon Dauphine, Place du Marechal de Lattre de Tassigny.

Begin the evening with cocktails and canapes in the garden (weather permitting) and move inside for a beautiful French 3 - course meal including wine. 

It is easy to get there by public transport and not too far from UNESCO:

• Metro - line 2, station Port Dauphine
• RER - line C, station Foch
