Registration cancellation or substitution is only accepted by sending written notification (email acceptable) to the Conference Coordinator (confadmin@arrb.com.au). Cancellations made before 20 August 2012 will be given a refund, less A$200 administration charge. After 20 August 2012 the registration for the conference is binding and no refunds will be made. However, another person may be substituted for the registered delegate. The new delegate will be acknowledged in writing. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.
