The Conference Technical Committee would like to thank all Authors who have submitted abstracts to the ARRB Conference. Participation has been overwhelming with submissions reaching over 360. The quality of the abstracts were outstanding this year which made the selection process an exceptionally difficult one. We hope, regardless of the status of your abstract or paper, that we will still see you at the 25th ARRB Conference in 2012. Poster submission guidelines The Conference will feature a poster presentation session for full time university students on topics relevant to the Conference. Posters will be displayed for the duration of the Conference together in a central area near session rooms. A dedicated Poster Presentation Session will be held during the conference when poster presenters will stand by their posters and talk about their work. If you wish to submit a poster please contact the Technical Secretary at 25conf@arrb.com.au. If the poster author is not attending the conference on that nominated day, a representative/substitute should be appointed to attend. Guidelines for the posters are as follows:
Please bring your poster with you when you register. Staff at the registration desk will be able to provide you with fasteners to attach your poster to the display board. Make sure your poster is displayed prior to 9 am on the first day of the conference (in time for first break). Registrations open Monday 5 March 2011. Presenters will receive the Early Bird discount when registering for the Conference. |
