Poster submission guidelines

The Conference will feature a poster presentation session for full time university students on topics relevant to the Conference. Posters will be displayed for the duration of the Conference together in a central area near session rooms. A dedicated Poster Presentation Session will be held during the conference when poster presenters will stand by their posters and talk about their work. If you wish to submit a poster please contact the Technical Secretary at 25conf@arrb.com.au. If the poster author is not attending the conference on that nominated day, a representative/substitute should be appointed to attend. Guidelines for the posters are as follows:

• Posters must be A0 in size (1189 mm x 841 mm).

• Posters are to be portrait not landscape (poster boards supplied will be 2.4 m high by 1 m wide).

• Posters are to include the ARRB Conference logo in the top right corner (please contact the Technical Secretary at 25conf@arrb.com.au for a copy of the logo).

• Avoid putting too much material and text on the poster.

• The poster should be easily readable at a distance of two metres.

• At the top of the poster, include the title, the name of the author(s) and the institution where the work was completed.

• Posters must relate to the topics as seen in the above matrix.

Registrations open Monday 5 March 2011. Presenters will receive the Early Bird discount when registering for the Conference.

By submitting this abstract you grant the Organising Committee permission to publish the work in the proceedings and the Conference website.

If you do not wish to do this but still wish to submit please contact the Conference Technical Secretary to discuss. The Organising Committee's decision on acceptance of the abstract will be final.
