Accommodation Booking Information - Early Bird Registrations for Accommodation are now closed.

Welcome to the AusBiotech Business Development Workshop and Forum 2012 accommodation booking website.

InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for this event.

On behalf of delegates attending the conference, we have negotiated special rates with the host hotel, the Radisson Resort Carrara, Gold Coast to enable you to stay at the venue during the conference as it is located some 15 minutes drive from Surfers Paradise.  

All enquiries must now be made directly to Libby Lane at conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com. Please include all details including your name, mobile number, room type, dates and place AusBiotech BD Forum in the subject line of the email.

We will then confirm your reservation with the hotel and send a credit card authority form for payment of the first night in order to guarantee your booking.

Booking Cancellations

Any cancellations from 23rd February will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total accommodation nights booked.

Please ensure all amendments to your booking and cancellations are made in writing directly to the hotel at the email address provided on this website and to the email address below.

Accommodation Payment

A valid credit card must be supplied to secure your booking. A charge equal to one night's accommodation per room will be charged to your credit card to secure the booking. The balance of the payment will then be settled directly with the hotel on departure. All charges are processed through our secure PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) website and payment system which processes the payments via an encryption system so that all credit card details are fully protected at all times. 

The hotel may require an authority to hold a preset amount against your advised credit card on check-in to cover incidentals. This could, in some cases, affect the balance on your card. You can request information about this when checking in.

If you prefer not to provide your credit card online, please contact the accommodation managers for a manual booking form.  Please note, your hotel room will not be confirmed until at least one nights accommodation per room is paid.
